Having Trouble Downloading the PDF of your Invoice on the Android Ūsked App?

Seeing an error message or no action when you tap on the Download PDF button? 


                                            

Here are the steps to take to make sure your phone is set up to allow the PDF download: 



To check this you'll need to go to your phone's settings and find applications settings. 

Note: please be aware that since every phone is unique, your path to these settings may not look exactly the same as shown below.

                                        

Then, find and tap on Ūsked in the list of applications. 


              

Next, check under Permissions for storage. If storage isn't listed here then tap on Permissions


          

Lastly, toggle on for Storage to allow storage permissions for the Ūsked app.



Once you do this, try to download the PDF again. If you still aren't able to download the PDF after this, continue below:



We recommend installing the Adobe Acrobat Reader app. To do this open the Play Store and search for "Adobe Acrobat Reader." Then tap Install.

Next, tap on Download PDF from the app again and select Adobe Acrobat to open the file.
