To sign in you'll need your organization's Usked address, your username, and your password. All three come from the organization you work with — see Installing the Usked App if you don't have them yet.
When you open the app for the first time, you'll be asked for your organization address.
Type your organization's Usked address — for example, if your organization's Usked portal is global.usked.com, enter global.usked.com. You can also just type the first part (global) and the app fills in the rest.
Enter your username and password, then tap Sign in.
The first time you sign in on a new device, you may be asked for a verification code sent to your email.
Check your email (including spam), enter the code, and tap Verify. Didn't get it? Tap Resend code.
After you sign in, the app keeps you signed in securely on that device - your password is never stored on the phone. You won't need to sign in again unless you sign out, your password changes, or your organization's security settings require it.
Passwords can't be reset from the app. Reset them from your organization's Usked web portal instead — see Forgotten Username or Password.
Go to the More tab and tap Sign out. The app will confirm first: signing out removes this device's access, so you'll need your password the next time you sign in.
