Using Multiple Accounts or Organizations

If you work with more than one organization on Usked - or have more than one account with the same organization - the app remembers each account you've signed into and lets you jump between them without signing out.

Switching accounts

  1. Go to the More tab and tap Switch account.

The More tab for a signed-in provider showing menu rows for Invoices, Switch account, and Sign out.

  1. You'll see every account this device knows, with the one you're using now marked. Tap the account you want.

The Switch account screen listing three saved accounts on the same organization site, the first marked with a Current chip, with an Organization address field and Connect button above for adding another account.

That's it - accounts that are still signed in on this device open right away, no password needed. If an account was signed out earlier, you'll get its sign-in screen with the username already filled in.

Changed your mind? The back arrow returns you to where you were - switching never signs you out of anything.

Adding another account

On the Switch account screen, enter the other organization's Usked address (or the same address for a second account with the same organization), tap Connect, and sign in as described in Signing In to the Usked App. The account joins the list.

Removing an account from the list

Swipe an account's row to remove it. This also removes that account's sign-in from the device.

Switching vs. signing out

Switch account keeps you signed in everywhere - it just changes which account you're looking at. Sign out (also in the More tab) removes the current account's access from this device entirely, so it will need its password again. Use Sign out on shared devices or when handing a phone back; use Switch account for everything else.
