Viewing Your Requests

Once you're signed in as a requester, the app opens on your service requests.

Home — what's coming up

The Home tab lists your requests for the next 90 days, grouped by day. Pull down to refresh. The + button starts a new request — see Creating and Submitting a Service Request.

The requester Home tab titled My requests, listing upcoming service requests grouped by day with status chips such as To Be Filled and Filled, and a plus button for creating a new request.

Calendar — the month at a glance

The Calendar tab shows a month grid with colored dots on days that have requests:

  • Yellow — still to be filled
  • Green — filled
  • Red — canceled
  • Blue — anything else, such as a draft

Swipe to change months, tap Today to jump back, and tap any day to list its requests below the grid.

Request details

Tap any request to see its full picture: date and times, location, the assigned service providers (or "Not yet assigned"), points of contact, attachments, and notes.

Request detail screen showing the event name, status chip, date and time, location, and the assigned service provider.

If a request is still a draft, a "Not submitted yet" card at the top reminds you it hasn't gone to the scheduling office — open the pencil to finish and submit it.

Canceling a request

If your organization allows cancellations from the app, the request details screen has a Cancel request action. You'll be asked for the reason, and the app tells you up front if your organization's cancellation policy means you'll still be billed for the scheduled hours.

The cancel request dialog with a notice about hours that may still be billed and a text field for the cancellation reason.

Sending feedback about a request

Tap Send feedback on the request details screen to send a note about that request straight to the office staff — how the service went, questions, or anything else they should know.
